
Let the Christmas mood carry you with this quick and indulgent chocolate pastry, suggested by Anni Ihamäki, our head of life.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
Pistachio spread
Hazelnut–chocolate spread
1 egg (for brushing)

Preheat the oven
Heat the oven to the temperature indicated on the puff pastry package — usually about 225°C.Prepare the pastry
Roll out the puff pastry sheet gently and cut it into two equal rectangles.Add the fillings
Spread a layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread on one half.
Add a layer of pistachio spread on top.Assemble
Place the second pastry rectangle on top to sandwich the fillings.Cut into stars
Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut star pieces from the layered pastry.Shape the wreath
Arrange the pastry stars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a circular wreath.Brush and bake
Brush the stars with beaten egg.
Place in the oven and start checking after 6 minutes to make sure the wreath doesn’t spread too much.
Bake until golden brown.Finish
Let the wreath cool slightly, then move it carefully onto a serving board.
Decorate with rosemary sprigs, cranberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
