The OMX Helsinki 25 rose 1.9 percent for the week as of around 5 p.m., signaling a broadly constructive backdrop to the biggest gainers and losers of the week, affected by the 2025 earnings.
KH Group stood out among the gainers in Helsinki this week, rising nearly 24 percent, following its upgraded profit warning issued on February 4. KH Group, the owner of KH-Koneet (earth-moving machinery) and Nordic Rescue Group (rescue vehicles) brands, expects to report higher-than-earlier-expected net sales and comparable operating profit for 2025.
Elisa Oyj followed with an almost 12 percent increase, supported by an annual report release this week. The telecom giant said that in 2025, comparable EBITDA and EBIT reached record levels of EUR 808 million and EUR 512 million.
Nokia Oyj also enjoyed substantial interest, climbing just over 10 percent this week, as investors assessed the telecom equipment maker’s 2026 guidance, targeting EUR 2.0 to 2.5 billion in comparable operating profit.
Moreover, forestry names Metsä Board Oyj and Stora Enso Oyj posted solid single-digit gains in Helsinki.
On the losing side, Sotkamo Silver fell close to 15 percent while Nightingale Health Oyj and Endomines – which reported record earnings this week – declined by double digits.
