Kallioniemi joined Eezy on 2 November as Business Director for staffing services in Tampere and Turku. When his appointment was announced in September, he was expected to start no later than 1 March 2027, coming from Cyient Group, where he was Vice President, BU Energy Delivery.
Eezy is merging its staffing operations into a single organisation
“Eezy is seeking to achieve synergies by consolidating the Group’s entire Staffing services operations into a single organisation,” says Johan Westermarck, CEO of Eezy.
Eezy’s strategy to 2028 emphasises profitable growth in staffing and recruitment services and targets group revenue above EUR 200 million and EBIT above 5% of revenue, against EUR 139.3 million in revenue in 2025. Staffing services revenue rose 5% in Q3 2026. In June, Eezy discontinued its doctor staffing business, Doctors by Eezy, to concentrate on its core staffing and recruitment services.
Koivisto is the third management team member to leave or step back since July
Markus Muurinen, Business Director for staffing services in Turku and Seinäjoki, stepped down from the management team on 31 July. In August, Markus Jussila left the management team to focus on the Eezy Flow business, and Westermarck took over Professional Services on an interim basis, a role he still holds. In October, Heikki Turkki joined the team as Sales Director. The management team now has six members.
Profit is improving from a low base
For January to September, group revenue was EUR 104.9 million against EUR 105.4 million a year earlier, and EBIT rose to EUR 1.1 million, or 1.1% of revenue, from EUR 0.4 million. Third-quarter revenue grew 5% to EUR 37.1 million, while EBITDA fell to EUR 3.1 million from EUR 3.7 million.
