Tuuli Kiiski, former HR director at vehicle repair network Suvia Group, joins Kamux as chief people officer and a member of the group management team by August 1, 2026, at the latest.

Kiiski will be based in Espoo and report to CEO Juha Kalliokoski. She will oversee human resources, including payroll and occupational health and safety, supporting Kamux’s focus on employee engagement and harmonized ways of working across its markets, Kamux Corporation announced today.

This marks the second 2026 addition to the management team after the appointment of Niklas Eriksson as the managing director of Kamux Sweden, based on Listeds data. The Finnish retail chain specializing in used cars reported declining revenue in 2025 and profitability amid a challenging market, although operating cash flow remained strong.

Kiiski brings extensive experience from multi-site organizations. At Suvia Group, she served as HR Director and a management team member, and previously held HR leadership roles at Niemi Palvelut Oy, Suomen Kaukokiito Oy, Bring Finland and YIT Industria.

“Skilled, motivated, and engaged employees are key for us,” said CEO Juha Kalliokoski, noting Kiiski’s track record in developing HR functions and employee well-being. Kiiski said she aims to help build “a more unified Kamux” to support performance and profitable growth across all operating countries.
