The leadership change comes as current CFO Tiina-Liisa Liukkonen transitions to a new strategic role leading international business, remaining in her current position until Kauppinen starts. The new CFIO will become Olvi's first management hire since 2024, based on Listeds data.

Kauppinen brings 25 years of experience in financial leadership, operational management, and M&A execution. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree and has held senior roles at Sanoma Media Finland, where he served as CFO and COO.

“Olvi combines strong Finnish roots with a clear European growth strategy. I look forward to working with the entire team to build profitable growth,” Kauppinen said.
