Anniina Bergström, general counsel of Sanoma Group’s Learning business, joins Posti Group as senior vice president, general counsel, and a member of the leadership team by June 30, 2026, at the latest.
Bergström will report to President and CEO Antti Jääskeläinen and take responsibility for group-level legal, governance, and compliance matters, strengthening Posti’s operational capabilities as it advances its strategy, the Finnish postal service operator announced today.
Bergström brings extensive experience in legal leadership and corporate transactions. She previously led the legal team at Sanoma Media Finland and worked on M&A within the Sanoma Group. Earlier in her career, she held legal advisor roles at Huhtamaki and Konecranes.
“Anniina brings strong legal and strategic expertise to Posti as well as extensive experience in managing demanding entities,” said CEO Antti Jääskeläinen. Bergström added: “It is great to join Posti's team and to be able to support the company in its strategic plans as well as in legal and governance matters.”
