The appointment fills a seat CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto has covered since 2 October, when CFO Teemu Rautiainen left. It also lands as LeadDesk prepares to complete its acquisition of Telia’s ACE contact centre platform, which the company says will lift pro forma revenue above EUR 50 million.
Pakkanen will be LeadDesk’s third CFO since early 2025
Kaisa Rönkkö left as CFO in March 2025, and Rautiainen took over the following month. Rautiainen announced his resignation in June 2026, after roughly 18 months in the role, saying he had completed a transformation of the finance function.
Pakkanen brings listed-company experience from more than six years as CFO of Heeros, a software company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland, before Finago acquired it in 2025. He was earlier CFO of 358 and held finance roles at Fonecta and FCG Finnish Consulting Group.
“Juho brings valuable experience from both publicly listed and private equity-owned software companies, combining strong financial leadership with hands-on expertise in business analytics and investor relations,” says Olli Nokso-Koivisto, CEO of LeadDesk.
Pakkanen and CTO Pekka Alli both come from Finago Group
In June, LeadDesk named Pekka Alli, then director of engineering and architecture at Finago Group, as Chief Technology Officer from September. With Pakkanen’s appointment, LeadDesk has filled both its technology and finance leadership roles with executives from Finago, announced less than five months apart.
The finance role is about to cover a larger and reshaped business
LeadDesk agreed in July to buy Telia’s ACE platform for a debt-free price of SEK 25 million, plus a revenue-based earn-out of up to SEK 30 million, making Sweden its largest single market. The combined business had pro forma revenue of about EUR 52.5 million, against LeadDesk’s own EUR 39.4 million in 2025.
Q3 2026 revenue fell 5.5% to EUR 9.2 million and annual recurring revenue fell 8.1% to EUR 31.9 million, as LeadDesk reduced exposure to lower-margin reseller and CPaaS products. In October, it split its commercial organisation into three business areas, Sales Enablement, Zisson and ACE, and said Chief Revenue Officer Michael Ramm Østgaard will leave on 31 January 2027.
“I am excited to join LeadDesk at this stage and look forward to working with the team to strengthen financial management, support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable, profitable growth,” says Juho Pakkanen.
Pakkanen starts the day after Østgaard’s last day, and LeadDesk has said its plans for the commercial organisation will be communicated later.
