Jan Schroeder, an experienced mining and industrial technology sales executive, joins Robit Plc as vice president, Canada, effective May 4, 2026. He will lead the company’s sales development in the Canadian market, focusing on distributor partnerships, customer relationships, and growth initiatives.

The appointment comes as Robit strengthens its North American sales organization to support its broader growth strategy. At the same time, Michael Williams, VP North America, will shift his focus to driving sales development in the United States and Mexico, key growth markets from 2026 onward, Robit Plc, a manufacturer of drilling consumables, announced today.

Schroeder brings more than 20 years of global experience across mining, capital equipment, and industrial technology markets. He has led strategic market expansion efforts, built distributor networks, and driven aftermarket growth for major mining and construction companies.
