Nokia’s Chief Customer Officer Raghav Sahgal has sold 150,000 Nokia shares worth over €1 million, just three months after entering the role.
The disposal was carried out on the XLOM trading venue at an average price of €6.7072 per share, bringing the total transaction value to roughly €1,006,000, according to the managers’ transactions filing published yesterday.
Sahgal joined Nokia’s group leadership team as CCO in 2026, responsible for driving global customer engagement and strengthening strategic partnerships with telecom operators and enterprise clients. Before that, he led Nokia’s Cloud and Network Services unit and earlier its enterprise business.
The share sale follows Nokia’s modest earnings growth. The company said its fourth-quarter performance was “in line with our expectations,” with comparable net sales rising 3 percent year over year to €6.1 billion. Full-year comparable operating profit reached €2.0 billion.
Nokia’s shares traded at €6.65 in Helsinki around midday, slightly below the previous close of €6.71.
