Lemonsoft Oyj has strengthened its management team by appointing Reeti Saarinen as its chief operating officer and a member of the executive team as of February 9, 2026.

As COO, Saarinen will be responsible for the group-level operational management of Lemonsoft’s subsidiaries, focusing on improving operational efficiency, harmonizing operating models, and supporting post-acquisition integration, the software company announced today.

Saarinen joins Lemonsoft from Korona Invest, where he served as a partner. He previously worked at Sentica Partners as an investment director and in investment banking roles at J.P. Morgan in London and Danske Bank in Helsinki. Lemonsoft’s chief executive says the appointment supports the execution of the company’s growth and acquisition strategy.
