Elisa Oyj published the only annual report among Helsinki-listed companies today, reporting solid 2025 results despite a tough competitive environment in the Finnish telecommunications market.
Fourth-quarter revenue rose 1.5 percent year on year to EUR 588 million, while comparable EBITDA remained flat at EUR 198 million, per the interim report released at the same time. For the full year, revenue increased 3 percent to about EUR 2.3 billion, with comparable EBITDA and EBIT reaching record levels of EUR 808 million and EUR 512 million, respectively. Comparable cash flow climbed 15 percent to an all-time high of EUR 411 million.
CEO Topi Manner, who has led the telecom giant for almost two years after his CEO post at Finnair Oyj, said performance held up, mainly driven by international software and mobile service revenue. He added that comparable cash flow grew strongly, supported by working capital improvements and capital expenditure discipline.
Manner noted that Elisa launched a transformation program targeting EUR 40 million in annual cost savings and emphasized that the company remains “strongly committed to our strategy of faster profitable growth.”
Following the release, Elisa's shares were trading 0.7 percent lower in the afternoon.
