Digital Workforce names two growth chiefs: Nieminen and Niinikoski

Digital Workforce Services Plc. is reshaping its business structure and management team with two chief growth officers as of February 2, 2026, aiming to accelerate profitable international growth and sharpen its industry focus. 

Digital Workforce will now operate through two global business areas, Healthcare and Enterprise & Public, supported by shared global functions, the automation and artificial intelligence company announced today.

As part of the changes, Juha Nieminen has been appointed chief growth officer of the Healthcare business area, while Tapio Niinikoski joins the company as CGO of Enterprise & Public and a member of the management team. Before this, Niinikoski used to serve in senior management roles at Elisa Oyj and Basware.

“Going forward, our strategic focus will continue to be on operational concentration, strengthening industry knowledge, and scalable service offerings to accelerate profitable growth,” said Jussi Vasama, CEO of Digital Workforce. 

Vasama added that he is “very pleased to welcome Tapio Niinikoski to our management team,” highlighting Niinikoski’s experience in demanding international environments and his collaborative, customer-focused leadership style.
