Asset manager eQ renews management team, appoints Hokka, Kyllönen and Leppä to new group roles

Finnish asset manager eQ Plc has renewed the composition of its management team to support the implementation of its updated strategy, aiming to double operating profit by the end of the decade, according to its recent press releases.

As part of the renewal, Kirsi Hokka, previously director of sales and customer relations at eQ Asset Management, was appointed chief customer officer of the group. Taina Kyllönen, who joined eQ after serving as director of communications and community relations at the University of Helsinki and earlier as EVP at SSAB Group, was appointed chief HR and communications officer.

Moreover, Arimo Leppä, who has worked in various management roles at eQ since 2016 and most recently as COO of eQ Asset Management, was appointed chief technology and development officer.
