Witted Megacorp Oyj has announced several changes to its management team to improve profitability after a challenging third quarter.
Teemu Tiilikainen has been appointed chief financial officer, effective 2 February 2026, moving from his role as head of the company’s Finland business, the software company announced today. He will continue as a member of the management team and report to Chief Executive Markus Huttunen. Tiilikainen is not new to the role since he was CFO for almost seven years until 2023.
“Teemu has been building Witted since the company’s founding, so he has a deep understanding of our business and organization,” Huttunen said. “His combination of business expertise and previous experience as chief financial officer supports us well in executing our profitable growth strategy.”
At the same time, Development Director Jouni Jaakkola has been appointed to the management team, with responsibility for improving operational efficiency and quality. Jaakkola has worked at Witted since 2018.
The changes follow the previously announced departure of current CFO Saara Ukkonen, who will leave the role in March 2026 and support the transition period.
