Sitowise Group Oyj has launched a search for a new CEO after the current CEO Heikki Haasmaa will leave the urban development consulting company during the first quarter.

Haasmaa is ending his nearly three-year tenure at the company, Sitowise said in a press release today.

Even though Sitowise has strengthened its foundation through comprehensive operational improvements, expansion into new growth segments, and fresh product innovations, the “challenging market conditions in the construction sector have slowed the company’s growth and development,” said Eero Heliövaara, board chair. 

Sitowise is a provider of design and consulting services related to real estate and buildings, infrastructure, and digital solutions both in Finland and in Sweden. Its net sales were EUR 193 million in 2024, and the company employs around 2,000 experts.
