Mikko Soirola, former CEO of Finago and Accountor Software, has joined Elisa Industriq as chief executive officer, becoming a member of Elisa’s corporate executive board.
Soirola succeeds Henri Korpi, who led Elisa Industriq for eight years and will now head Elisa’s consumer customers business, Elisa announced today. Soirola brings extensive experience in scaling software businesses across Nordic and international markets, it added.
The moves show that Elisa’s management team changes so far this year are concentrated on its industrial software solutions after a wider shakeup last year.
The company has also recently appointed Jorma Niemelä as chief operating officer and Americo Mazzotta as chief commercial officer to support this growth phase, it said today.
Soirola commented on the new role: “I’m excited to step into this role at Elisa Industriq—not just because of the business opportunity, but because of the values this organization lives by. ”Our North Star is clear: to elevate Elisa Industriq’s position as a globally recognized software provider and help customers achieve measurable transformation.”
