Energy storage builder Lehto Group said it has appointed a shareholder nomination committee in line with a resolution of the annual general meeting. 

The newly appointed members are Hannu Lehto from Lehto Invest Oy, Rami Vehmas from Mutual Pension Insurance Company Ilmarinen, and Timo Lehto from Elvak Holding Oy. The nomination committee is elected annually and consists of representatives of the company’s three largest shareholders.

The committee will submit its proposals to the 2026 annual general meeting. Members’ terms run until the end of September following their appointment.

The committee is responsible for preparing proposals on the election and remuneration of the board of directors for the annual general meeting.
