Kristiina Simola, chief financial officer of Digia Plc since 2017, will leave the company by the end of October 2026 to pursue a career as a board professional.

Simola will remain in her role until her departure to ensure a smooth transition, as Digia has begun the search for her successor, the consulting, software, and services company announced today.

The next CFO is slated to become the first management team hire since 2024, according to Listeds data.

The leadership change comes as the company continues strategy-aligned growth investments and advances its 2026–2028 plan to expand across Europe through organic growth and acquisitions. Digia also recently reported 2025 net sales of EUR 217.0 million, with continued profitable growth and a strong fourth quarter performance, including double-digit revenue growth and improved margins.
