Finnish quantum computing company IQM has secured a €50 million financing package from funds managed by BlackRock, strengthening its capital base ahead of a planned public listing.
The funding will support R&D, international expansion, and execution of its technology roadmap, as the company positions itself as a leading European player in quantum computing.
The financing comes shortly after IQM announced plans to go public via a merger with Real Asset Acquisition Corp (RAAQ), aiming to become the first publicly listed quantum computing company in Europe.
