Harri Stavén, former CFO of Junnikkala Oy, joins Arvo as investment director effective May 4, 2026.

Stavén’s appointment strengthens Arvo’s investment team as the company continues to grow its investment activities and execute its strategy of acting as an active growth partner to portfolio companies, Arvo, which prior to this had a three-member management team, announced today.

Stavén brings international experience from finance and leadership roles, supporting Arvo’s ability to develop its target companies and facilitate industry arrangements.

Stavén most recently served as CFO at Junnikkala Oy, where he was involved in a major investment and growth phase, and later worked on integration and controlling tasks at Stora Enso following an acquisition. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Nordea working with corporate clients in roles including assignments in New York and Shanghai. 

“Harri strengthens our team with a slightly different background and brings relevant international experience in finance and leadership roles,” said CEO Jari Pirinen.

Arvo is a Finland-based investment company focused on enabling growth in unlisted companies through equity and debt investments.
