Gold producer Endomines Finland Oyj has appointed MBA Minna Karttunen as its new chief financial officer, strengthening the company’s management team as it pursues ambitious growth plans.
Karttunen will assume the role on February 2, 2026, join the management team, and act as secretary to the board of directors. Current CFO Minni Lempinen will remain until March 31, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition.
Besides this new hire, the mining giant has welcomed a new chief sustainability officer, chief geologist, and chief communications officer this year, based on Listeds data.
Karttunen joins Endomines from Basemark Oy, an automotive augmented reality company, where she has served as CFO for more than five years. She brings around 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, communications, and mergers and acquisitions, gained across Finnish and international companies in sectors, including technology, real estate, and steel.
“We are delighted to welcome Minna to the Endomines team,” said Endomines CEO Kari Vyhtinen. “Endomines has entered a phase of strong growth, and our long-term goals are ambitious.”
