Junno Roine, director of business customers at Alisa Bank Plc, will leave the company, the fintech lender announced today.
The company said it has launched a recruitment process to find a successor, with further decisions on responsibilities to be announced later. No immediate replacement has been named, and he will support the handover in the interim.
The move comes less than a week after Alisa Bank appointed Marko Ahola as its new chief risk and compliance officer, and follows the resignation of its CEO, Sampsa Laine, last month.
Roine was involved in founding Puro Finance in 2017 and played a key role in its integration into Alisa Bank following the 2024 acquisition. Alisa Bank Plc is a Finland-based financial technology company providing digital banking services to SMEs, deposit customers, and partners, with shares listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
“I would like to warmly thank Junno for his excellent contribution to Alisa Bank,” Acting CEO Aki Gynther said, adding that Roine’s work has been instrumental in developing the corporate financing business and advancing the company’s strategy.
