Boreo Plc, the owner of electronics and component providers Yleiselektroniikka and Noretron Komponentit, announced changes to its finance function after Chief Financial Officer Jesse Petäjä said he will leave his position and pursue new opportunities outside the company.

The company stated yesterday that it has decided, for the time being, not to appoint a separate CFO, dividing responsibilities as an interim solution under Chief Executive Kari Nerg.

Rafael Osmanov has been appointed interim Head of M&A and financing, effective 10 February 2026. Meanwhile, Sami Hanerva, vice president of finance, will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting. Both will report to the CEO during the transition.
