How do I subscribe to the platform?
Go to the sign-up page and choose a subscription that fits your needs. We have free and paid individual plans and plans for companies and recruiters that can have up to 10 users.
How can I get a company subscription?
Contact sales@listeds.com and we will set you up with a subscription.
I have an old company account from BrainBites, does it still work?
Yes, you can sign-in with your old account details. Please note that some new functionality require you to upgrade to a paid subscription.

Using the platform
Set up your profile
After logging in, set up your profile by clicking the icon next to your name in the bottom-left corner and selecting “Profile settings.” A complete profile helps recruiters and peers discover you.
The most important sections to fill are
your contact details, including your phone number.

opportunity interests and
expertise
How to follow leaders, companies, and topics
In a leader or company bio, click the “Follow” button under the profile photo or logo.
In listings, click the icon next to the name to follow directly.
Starter plan: up to 3 follows.
Professional plan: up to 25 follows.
Professional, Company & Recruiter plans: you have unlimited follows and can also follow topics by clicking the icon next to a topic name.
How to use the Changes & Signals feeds
The Changes and Signals feeds show leadership movements and company signals in chronological order (newest at the top).
Filter to see only leaders and companies you follow.
Search for specific companies, people, or topics. In the starter account you can data from the last 30 days. To see all data, please upgrade.
Act fast: use the feed daily to catch early signals.
How do notifications and alerts work?
When you follow leaders, companies, or topics, you’ll get email alerts whenever there are changes or signals related to them.
Adjust your settings and choose between immediate notifications or a weekly digest

Can I add more users to my account?
Yes, if you have a Company or Recruiter plan. You can manage your team members in the company settings.

Can I try Professional before committing?
Yes — we offer a free Starter plan so you can explore signals and test the platform before upgrading.
What data is included in the leader profiles?
Leader profiles include career history, board memberships, and signals. Professional plans unlock extended bios with summaries, past roles, and deeper insights. The bios are collected from publicly listed company pages.
How often is the database updated?
Our leadership and company data is updated in real time as new changes and signals appear. Most data will be updated within 24 hours during working days as we validate the data before publishing.
Do you cover companies outside Finland?
Currently, Listeds covers Finland. Sweden will launch in Q4 2025, with further Nordic expansion planned.
How can recruiters contact candidates?
Recruiters on the Recruiter plan can use built-in chat, talent pools, and campaign tools to reach candidates directly. They can find you based on your profile information. E.g. if you have added certain skills or industries there that they are looking for, you can be found.
How can I claim my profile?
If you are a listed company management team or board member, you can go to your profile page and below your photo you will see a claim profile link. This will let us know of your interest and we will contact you to ensure you are the correct person. We will then allow you to update the information on your public leader profile.
Can listed companies update their own profile?
Yes, companies on the Company plan can manage and update their public profile to boost visibility.
