This week’s insights span from June 22 to June 29, 2025.Leadership in Motion Over the past week, we tracked 2 board changes and 5 management team changes across Finnish listed companies.
Words vs. actions: Fifax drops only female board member
Fifax has removed Riikka Koskenohi from its Board of Directors after just one year of service. With her departure, the company now has an all-male board, yet another example of male-only panels of listed companies in Finland.
This development stands in sharp contrast to Fifax’s own publicly stated commitment: “We are committed to the principle of equality independent of age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, family situation, disability or other differences we may have as human beings. We have zero tolerance for discrimination.” Despite this, the current board consists entirely of men aged 60-69. One person is Swedish.
While CFO Linda Lindroos represents female leadership on the executive team, the absence of any women on the board highlights a broader issue. The fact that some public companies still have only men in top decision-making roles shows that diversity is sometimes more talk than action.
Our take Diversity is about much more than just gender and age. We hope that transparency can help to increase the diversity of the management teams and boards. Providing easy to access information on public companies leadership is why Listeds was founded.

Another leadership exit at Nokia: Chief People Officer Lorna Gibb steps down
Just a week after reporting changes in Nokia’s management team, another key departure was announced. Chief People OfficerLorna Gibb is leaving the company effective immediately. Helsingin Sanomat reports that Gibb was in fact dismissed from her role. Gibb had been part of the Group Leadership Team since June 2024 and joined Nokia in 2020.
During her tenure, she was responsible for evolving Nokia’s people strategy and advancing leadership and talent programs. Chief Legal Officer Esa Niinimäki will take over her responsibilities on an interim basis while a search for her successor begins.
Our take This marks another shift at the top as Nokia continues to reshape its leadership amid strategic transitions in the global tech landscape. We will be monitoring the changes that we expect to continue.
