About Listeds Media
Listeds Media is the editorial arm of Listeds, an AI-powered executive intelligence platform tracking board and leadership movements in the Nordics. We combine sharp editorial insight with smart automation to deliver trusted executive news, analysis, and trendspotting.
We’re not just launching a publication, we’re building a new Nordic-level media and intelligence brand from the ground up. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape something big while it’s still early, with the freedom to experiment and the ambition to make a lasting mark on the region’s business conversation.
Our public launch is in September, led by Helene Auramo (Founder e.g. of Slush and Indiedays) and our Editor-in-Chief, Anu Ubaud (Previously Editor-in-Chief in Helsingin Sanomat).
The role
This role blends business journalism with corporate and investor communications. You will not only write breaking leadership news and boardroom updates, but also develop PR-style narratives that companies, investors, and stakeholders pay attention to.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and publish leadership news, boardroom moves, company signals, and expert commentary.
Create corporate communications and IR-style content, such as thought leadership pieces.
Shape the tone and style of our newsletters, special editorial series, and sponsored insights.
Collaborate with AI tools, the editorial team, and external experts to deliver content quickly without compromising quality.
Research and pitch story ideas with both editorial and communications value.
Ensure all content meets our ethical guidelines.
What we’re looking for
Exceptional writing skills in fluent, engaging business English.
Proven experience in journalism — ideally with a focus on business, corporate, or investor communications.
Background in PR, content marketing, corporate comms, or investor relations is highly valued.
Familiarity with Nordic business, listed companies, and leadership dynamics.
Native-level Finnish or Swedish is needed in case you are native level in English.
Ability to write for and interact with senior audiences — C-suite executives, board members, investors.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
Track record in media startups, newsrooms, or B2B SaaS content teams.
Interest in the intersection of business leadership and technology.
